Founder and Managing Partner
Venkatesh brings a unique blend of boardroom experience, coaching expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build high-performing organizations.
As an investor, business leader and board director, he has helped multiple businesses scale up, innovate, and grow. He has held leadership positions across Asia at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, and helped invest over US$ 1 billion of capital at the private equity arms of Australian firms Macquarie and AMP Capital.
Through leadership development and coaching engagements, he has partnered with multiple CXOs and founders to unlock growth through personal and organizational transformation.
Venkatesh is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only forum for coaches across the world, and a Certified OKR and Hogan Practitioner. He is also the author of two Amazon #1 bestselling thrillers, a TEDx speaker, and a columnist on mindfulness and leadership. His insights have been featured in Forbes.com, The Times of India, Hindustan Times and The New Indian Express.

Anahita anchors Business Operations at Mainspring and CaliBridge, driving seamless execution of leadership development and coaching engagements while working closely with clients and partners.
With over 15 years of experience across e-commerce, retail, and allied sectors, she brings a strong foundation in human capital and business operations, complemented by entrepreneurial experience. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and process-driven approach, she enables organizations to operate efficiently and scale with consistency.
Admin and Finance Manager
Sherebeth anchors the operational and financial backbone of Mainspring, ensuring seamless execution across administrative, financial, tax and regulatory areas. She works closely with partners, vendors and stakeholders to enable smooth, reliable service delivery.
With prior experience at Mammut Construction Group, Dubai, and roles across administration, accounts and trade finance at SBI Commercial and International Bank, she brings strong process discipline and execution rigor to the firm.
